By initializing your user profile, querying our digital catalogs, or adding hardware assets to your checkout shopping list, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service conditions. If you do not accept these policies, you must immediately terminate usage of this app.

1. Commercial Hardware & Trading Restrictions

We make every effort to display accurate specifications, available stock numbers, and real-time delivery fee rates for all inverters, lithium cells, and balancers. Valtech Energy reserves the absolute right to correct human typographical errors, cancel suspicious bulk orders, or adjust item parameters as global hardware component markets shift without prior notice.

2. Financial Clearance & Payment Routing

All customer financial settlements are cleared securely via our integrated Paystack API endpoint. Orders are instantly marked as "PAID" upon transaction completion and cannot be reversed or altered once logistics processing and courier parcel packaging have officially begun.

3. Technical Deployment & Warranty Disclaimers

While we supply premium, high-efficiency lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) cells and advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS), the safe assembly of custom battery arrays requires explicit engineering skill. Valtech Energy cannot be held legally liable for hardware damage, cell degradation, or installation failures caused by faulty DIY configurations or uncertified wiring setups.

4. Governing Law Jurisdiction

These terms, agreements, and merchant transactions are governed strictly by the commercial trade frameworks of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts matching our CAC corporate office registration territories.
